You can trust that our products are always fresh and have a guaranteed shelf life of 12-24 months, depending on the product type. We take pride in creating fresh batches regularly to ensure that you receive them with their full shelf life. 

What is your refund policy?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please double-check that you have ordered the correct products BEFORE proceeding through the checkout.

We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind or once packaging has been open. 

In the event that a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, we kindly request that you contact us within a period of 48 hours subsequent to receiving your shipment. Please provide us with a photograph of the defect so that we may promptly process a replacement for your item.
